生化/生理作用

磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)主要存在于质膜、内体和溶酶体的胞质小叶中。还存在于内质网、高尔基体和线粒体内部。磷脂酰丝氨酸是索氏梭菌(Clostridium sordellii)致命毒素(TcsL)的优先结合底物。磷脂酰丝氨酸是骨形成沉积中脂质磷酸钙复合体的组分,并参与细胞凋亡和凝血调节。
