17:1 Lyso PG has been used as a standard for lipid profiling of rat peritoneal surface layers in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method .

生化/生理作用

Lyso phosphoglycerol (Lyso PG) and acyl-CoA facilitates the synthesis of phosphoglycerol using lysophosphatidylglycerol acyltransferase 1 (LPGAT1). Lysophospholipids exhibits detergent- like physical property.
