生化/生理作用
1-棕榈酰-2-油酰-甘油-3-磷酸胆碱(POPC)或16:0-18:1 PC作为肺表面活性剂发挥重要作用,降低表面张力。POPC模拟天然细胞膜,可用于不饱和脂质的氧化研究。它与臭氧相互作用,使油酰链C-C键氧化分解。
