溶血磷脂酰肌醇(LPI)是头基为肌醇的酸性溶血磷脂。
应用
18:0 Lyso PI或(1-硬脂酰-2-羟基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸肌醇)已用作溶血磷脂酰肌醇(LPI)的底物,在溶血磷脂酰肌醇酰基转移酶生化分析中测定肝脏微粒体的溶血磷脂酰肌醇酰基转移酶(LPIAT)活性。作为人工合成的LPI,它可与肝脏LPI比较其在转铁蛋白(Tf)内吞中的作用。它还用作去势大鼠的血清LPI水平定量分析的LPI标准品。
