磷酸甘油 (PG) 也称为甘油磷脂。是膜双层的重要组成部分。它具有甘油的三碳骨架，两个长链脂肪酸，酯化成甘油的碳 1 和碳 2 上的羟基，以及酯化成甘油的 C3 羟基的磷酸。在所有细胞的膜中发现高水平含量，在脂肪储存中发现低水平含量。1，2-二油酰- 锡 -甘油-3-磷酸-（1′-外消旋甘油）(DOPG)/18:1（Δ9-顺）PG 在其头基上有两个羟基。是一种阴离子脂质。

Application

18:1（Δ9-Cis）PG 已被用于：
  • 制备巨大单层膜囊泡 (GUV)
  • 制备 200 nm 大单层膜囊泡 ( LUV )
  • 作为天然巨噬细胞膜的补充，生成带有人工修饰电荷的膜脂质体

Biochem/physiol Actions

磷酸甘油 (PG)/甘油磷脂在细胞信号传导系统中起关键作用。也充当细胞膜中蛋白质的锚。
