一般描述
磷脂酸是一种简单的碱性甘油磷脂。它是甘油的酯，C1和C2位有两个长链脂肪酸，C3位有磷酸。PA是通过磷脂酶D对甘油磷脂的水解作用合成的。
应用
鸡蛋PA适合用于：
- 制备重组高密度脂蛋白（rHDL）和血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）
- 在制备巨大的单层囊泡时作为带负电荷的脂质
- 制备脂质体
生化/生理作用
磷脂酸（PA）参与磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰丝氨酸和心磷脂的合成。PA充当信号分子。
