Application
Hydro Egg PC (hydrogenated egg lecithin) may be used:
- in vesicles/liposomes for permeability studies to study the effect of MccJ25 on the permeability of phospholipid vesicles
- to prepare small unilamellar vesicles (SUV) and multilamellar vesicles (MLV)
- to prepare giant unilamellar vesicles
- to prepare lipid emulsion to study the effects of phosphatidylcholine (PC) from different sources on intestinal absorption of cholesterol
