一般描述
猪胆酸又名3α,6α,7α-三羟基-5β-脱氧胆酸，通过鹅脱氧胆酸的6α-羟化反应合成。它是猪体内主要的三羟基化胆汁酸。在人体胆汁酸中也有少量存在。猪胆酸也可在肝脏中由α-鼠胆酸(MCA)在细胞色素P450 3A4(CYP3A4)作用下合成。
