CellCrown^™ 插件

CellCrown 是一种一次性插件，可将样品固定在 6、12、24、48 和 96 孔板上。可以使用 CellCrown 将纤维、箔、膜、织物、组织和块状样品固定在孔中一个牢固的、可调节的位置。在更换培养基的过程中，可通过在孔壁和 CellCrown 插件之间进行移液，从而将样品留在孔中。使用 CellCrown 时，培养板的盖子是可以关闭的。该插件可以从孔板中取出，并在细胞培养后将其卸载，而不会损坏样品。CellCrown 由医用聚碳酸酯制成，产品线包括即用型无菌产品以及需要用户灭菌的非无菌产品。可以通过伽马射线或电子束辐射、高压灭菌、环氧乙烷气体和等离子灭菌进行灭菌。

CellCrown 12 is available as 5 models; non-sterile and sterile empty inserts and with preattached, white nylon membrane with pore size options of 1.2 and 5 μm and transparent PET filter with pore size of 8 μm. Nylon filter is hydrophilic and binds proteins. PET is specifically developed for cell culturing and it is the right material choice for the filter when smooth cell attachment on the membrane is wanted.
