应用
2-巯基苯并咪唑用于：
- 与芳香酮反应制备2-苯并咪唑基硫代苯乙酮，这是合成噻唑并[3,2-a]苯并咪唑的关键中间体。
- 合成 S-芳基化2-巯基苯并咪唑，合成物由与CuI和1,10-菲咯啉形成的取代芳基碘化物进行 S-芳基化反应得到。
