应用
六甲基磷酰胺可用作以下过程的溶剂：
- 通过与烷基卤化物反应将羧酸盐转化为酯。
- 通过硫醇离子亲核置换未活化的芳基卤化物来合成芳基硫醚。
- 通过高温溶液缩聚将二醛和二胺合成聚甲亚胺（PAZs）。
