甘草酸(GA)是 11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(11β-HSD)的非选择性抑制剂,其介导活化和非活化糖皮质激素的相互转化。GA 还对高迁移率族蛋白 1(HMGB1)的细胞因子活性的具有抑制作用。

应用
