应用
1-乙炔基-1-环己醇 (ECHO) 在常温下可在催化量的氯化钌存在下发生乙酰化反应。可用于合成对组织蛋白酶 B 具有强效抑制活性的新型有机碲 (IV) 化合物。过渡金属催化剂引发的 ECHO 聚合反应导致了 ECHO 聚合体的形成。它也可以通过插入 M-H 键与转换金属氢化物反应形成乙烯基衍生物。
