  • （Z）-1-芳基-3-苯并-1,5-二炔，以得到相应的芳基取代的苯并三唑。


它被用作连接剂以合成基于硼二吡咯甲烷（BODIPY）的光敏剂，从而用于光动力疗法（PDT）。 顺式-1,2-DCE也可用作合成sporolide B中间体的前体。
