General description

Application
1-硫代癸烷可与巯基乙醇混合用于银表面的改性,适用基于表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)的应用。它可用作铜镍(CuNi)合金的缓蚀剂,其缓蚀率为91%。锌掺杂铜铟硫(ZnCuInS2)可与1-硫代癸烷功能化作为配体,以提高有机发光二极管的电荷迁移率和亮度。1-硫代癸烷可通过在场效应晶体管(FET)金源漏极表面上生成一层该材料来改善电荷注入。
