柠檬醛是一种单萜醛,可在食品和化妆品工业中作为芳香成分。

应用

  • 柠檬醛作为抗乳腺癌细胞系的抗肿瘤剂使用(MCF-7和MDA-MB-231)。
  • 它具有解热作用,可通过向大鼠全身注射脂多糖(LPS)开展对应研究。

    The apparent molarity of a neat liquid may be calculated from the density and molecular weight.  In the case of citral, the density is 0.888 g/mL and the molecular weight is 152.23 g/mole. By writing the density as 888 g/L, the calculation is 888 g/L divided by 152.23 g/mole = 5.83 mole/L, or 5.83 M.
