General description
About the material:
NanoFabTx™ AzoPC Lipid Mix is a curated lipid mixture designed for the synthesis of photoactivatable liposomes. This ready-to-use lipid mix contains carefully selected lipids and comes with detailed step-by-step instructions for the synthesis process.
The photoactivatable lipid AzoPC exhibits cytotoxicity upon exposure to UV-A light in human cancer cell lines, leading to the release of its payload upon photoactivation. Notably, the photoactivatable liposomes themselves are non-cytotoxic in the absence of light.
For further details and a comprehensive step-by-step protocol, please refer to the "More Documents" section on this page.
