一般描述
黑磷，也称为磷烯，是磷的形态稳定的同素异形体，具有半导体性质。具有良好的机械性能和可变带隙结构。黑磷还具有良好的各向异性热性能、电学和光学特性。
应用
因其随厚度可变的带隙、强平面各向异性和高载流子迁移率等独特性质，最近黑磷吸引了大量关注。二维黑磷的应用从电子器件扩展到光电、自旋电子、热电和储存器件。
黑磷是二维(2D)p型材料，具有高达1000 cm2V-1s-1的空穴迁移率。可用于制造储能器件，例如锂离子电池。黑磷也可用于多个生物医学领域，例如光动力治疗。
