应用
Our gold coated slides contain ~100 nm thick film of nanostructured plasmonic gold particles and find applications as fluorescence enhancing substrates for many fluorophores emitting in the 600-1700 nm range, including Cy5, Alexa Fluor™ 647, IRDye® 800 and others. These gold substrates can also be used to enhance Raman scattering signals. Using these slides an enhancement in Raman signal up to 100-fold can be achieved at ~800 nm emission channel. A 5-10 fold increase in scattering can be obtained in the visible light range. These slides are also capable of enhancing surface Raman scattering signals up to 107 fold.
