应用
生物素功能化的金纳米颗粒适用于链霉亲和素标记结合物的结合。金纳米颗粒标记通过测定结合后样品吸光度的增加,可直接检测链霉亲和素。最大吸收与金纳米颗粒大小有关,范围从 515-520 nm(5 nm 颗粒)至 572 nm(100 nm 颗粒)。
