应用
BODIPY 可注入硅油中，产生荧光，可用于细胞片的光学显微镜检查。可用于标记小鼠前脂肪细胞 3t3-L1也可与联吡啶铜基络合物配合使用，用于空气和活细胞中氮氧化物 (NOx) 的传感。
