应用

导电聚合物分散剂，适用于制备导电膜、防静电层和电致发光灯的透明电极。
硝基甲烷分散剂，可用于在玻璃、ITO、硅晶片和诸多聚合物基底上铸塑薄膜。每次使用前应测定聚合物基底和硝基甲烷的相容性。在基底上涂覆一层硝基甲烷分散剂，然后进行自旋。通常，以 1000RPM 或更高速度旋转，可获得透明薄膜；而以更低速度旋转，则可获得导电性更好的薄膜。以 1000RPM 旋转获得的单层薄膜的厚度通常为 75nm。

特点和优势

导电聚合物 PEDOT 的共聚物结构使其极易分散于有机溶剂。另外硝基甲烷的挥发性也使其适用于旋涂。

注意

在室温下贮藏产品（不要冷藏或冷冻）。 通常会发生一些沉降。 使用前搅拌、超声处理和过滤。 移液管中的玻璃棉塞可用于方便过滤。 本产品的保质期将根据其贮藏和处理方式而异。 如果出现严重聚集，或者如果超声波/过滤不足以产生良好的子溶液，则应丢弃产品。
