1-辛硫醇(OT)是C8烷基硫醇,可在多种纳米颗粒上形成自组装单层膜 (SAM)。它具有低闪点和低蒸汽压。
应用
1-辛硫醇可用作制备CdSe/CdS量子点壳层的硫前体。形成的配体可增加纳米棒和TiO2界面的电荷收集,从而提高异质结纳米棒敏化太阳能电池的功效。基于1-辛硫醇的铜纳米颗粒(CuNP)稳定涂层可用于在不同样品溶液中分散这些胶体颗粒。它可通过在金源-漏电极上形成单层膜,增加底电极薄膜晶体管(TFT)的电荷注入。
