一般描述

6-巯基-1-己醇(MCH)形成自组装单层(SAM),具有相同表示的C6间臂(spacer)。MCH是表面涂层工具,可以阻断活性位点和非特异性吸收。

应用

MCH涂在压电晶体上,可用于制造区分不同奶酪品种的化学传感器。MCH的自组装单层可在金表面上用于生物传感应用。也可以用作金-聚苯胺(Au-PANI)纳米复合材料表面改性的单层,用于开发基于适配体的生物传感器(适配体传感器)。
