一般描述
五氟苯基二苯基次膦酸酯（FDPP）可用作在不消旋的情况下进行酰胺键形成反应的偶联剂。它也可用于合成具有高收率和良好光学纯度的二肽。 FDPP可以在咪唑存在的情况下由二苯基次膦酰氯和五氟苯酚制备。
