- 与二异丙基氨基钾组合,LiOtBu可用于使1-(苯基硒基)烯烃和双(苯基硒基)缩醛去质子化。
- LIOtBu可以在不存在任何过渡金属催化剂的情况下介导酮与伯醇的α-烷基化反应。
- LIOtBu是使用DMF作为溶剂,从取代的炔丙醇和芳基/烷基异氰酸酯,合成3,4,5-三取代的3H-恶唑-2-酮和3,4-二取代的(Z)-恶唑烷-2-酮的有效碱。
