  • 分别通过薄层色谱（TLC）和高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定药物制剂和纳米颗粒制剂中分析物的分析标准品。
  • 研究主客体与有机低分子量化合物的相互作用，然后使用反相HPLC技术对其进行定量。
  • 作为流动相添加剂，通过HPLC有效分离β-咔啉。

亲脂性药物的溶解度随着水溶液中的羟丙基-β-环糊精（HBC）浓度线性增加，这是因为HBC与药物形成了复合物。这种客体-宿主型复合物在药物与HBC的非极性空穴间形成，导致溶解度增强。 可以将溶液冻干以产生易溶的粉末。 对家兔和小鼠无毒性。
