应用

Complexing agent for the extraction of transition metals
Diisooctyldithiophosphinic acid (bis(2,4,4-trimethyl pentyl)dithiophosphinic acid, cyanex 301) may be used in the following studies:
  • As mobile carrier in the preparation of new supported liquid membrane (SLM) system, useful for the selective transport of bismuth ions.
  • As an efficient carrier for the preparation of bulk liquid membrane (BLM) system, utilized for the transport of methylene blue.
  • As carrier in the preparation of a novel bulk liquid membrane (BLM) system, used to evaluate mercury transport and recovery of the ions from acidic nitrate solutions.
