N-异丙基甲基胺是一种不对称胺。Pd/C催化的N-异丙基甲胺与醇的氧化交叉双羰基化已被报道。
应用
N-异丙基甲胺适用于通过由可逆加成-断裂链转移（RAFT）聚合反应而制备的一系列刺激响应性两亲嵌段共聚物的顺序自组装而生成具有不同尺寸的原位胶束。它也适合用于按照Speeter和Anthony过程合成新型5-乙氧基-N,N-二烷基-[α,α,β,β-H4]-色胺及其[α,α,β,β,β−D4]-配对物。
