4,7,13,16,21,24-六氧-1,10-二氮双环[8.8.8]二十六烷(穴醚222, Kryptofix 222)是一种有机物,分子式为C18H36N2O6。形成三维笼状结构,N2O6用于配位。作为配体,广泛用于磁共振成像、有机合成、晶体学、电化学和色谱分析。在溶液中常用作金属离子螯合剂。
应用
4,7,13,16,21,24-六氧-1,10-二氮双环[8.8.8]二十六烷用作:
- 等速电泳(特别适合分离小分子离子的分离方法)的电解液添加剂,用于碱金属阳离子分析。
- 络合剂,用于K+印迹纳米颗粒的制备,其中甲基丙烯酸为官能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,2,2′-偶氮二异丁腈为自由基引发剂。
- 结构导向剂,用于LTA型AlPO4晶体制备。
包装
无底玻璃瓶。内容物在插入式融锥内。
穴状配体,与钾镜共同用于将位阻二锡烷还原为结晶自由基阴离子。
