一般描述
三甲基甲硅烷基异硫氰酸酯(TMS-ITC)可与富勒烯混合的过氧化物C60(O)(OOtBu)4反应生成异硫氰酸酯衍生物C60(NCS)(OH)(OOtBu)4。TMS-ITC可与2-苄基氨基-5-甲基-3-苯基环戊-1-烯基羧酸乙酯发生缩合反应,生成1-苄基-5-甲基-7-苯基-2-硫代-1,2,3,5,6,7-六氢环戊嘧啶-4-酮。它可参与到N-取代的氮丙啶和环己烯氧化物的开环反应。
应用
异硫氰酸三甲基硅烷基酯已被用作氨基酸硫代乙内酰脲合成中的衍生试剂。
