一般描述
发光氨是一种有效的，在凝聚相中广泛使用的化学发光化合物。当含有氧的发光氨基础溶液经过氧化剂处理后，就会发光。能够引发这种特定反应的氧化剂是二氧化氮，PAN，过氧化氢，臭氧和其他大气氧化剂。
应用
- 作为化学发光底物。可以用来检测调理和噬菌细胞功能。
- 作为生物探测剂。可以用来检测髓过氧化物酶缺陷（MPO）病人的多形核白细胞（PMNL）反应。
- 在法医学中检测血液。
发光氨可以用在发光氨/基于过氧化物酶分析中的Arabidopsis thaliana免疫相关反应。
