一般描述

对二甲氨基苯甲醛(4-二甲氨基苯甲醛)是含氨基和醛基的羰基有机物。可用作Ehrlich and Kovac′s吲哚检测试剂组分。对二甲氨基苯甲醛可用于通过Grignard格氏试剂制备醛类物质。此外,也可用作吡咯、伯胺和肼检测的显色试剂。

4-二甲氨基苯甲醛的用途:
  • 用于缩合反应合成偶氮-甲亚胺染料。
  • 作为试剂与4-硝基苯酚反应合成分子加合物4DMAB4NP(4-二甲氨基苯甲醛4-硝基苯酚)。
  • 席夫碱制备。
与吡咯和伯胺反应生成有色缩合产物(席夫碱)。
