生化/生理作用

注意

含有0.01％NaN3的水溶液可稳定几个月。溶液可在−80 °C下储存，但不应重新冷冻。其在pH 5.5以下不稳定。其可由一些非丝氨酸蛋白酶，以及氧化活性位点的甲硫氨酸残基进行灭活。
