We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.

Preparation Note

Suspend 50 g in 1 litre of distilled water. Bring to the boil to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 50°C and pour plates. Do not autoclave!

Salmonella, with 2,300+ serotypes, causes half of food-borne illnesses, often from dairy, poultry, and eggs.

Vibrios are motile, curved or comma-shaped bacilli and have a single polar flagella with sheet proteins. They are often found in open water, freshwater and saltwater.
