General description
The acceptor (mCherry) is a monomeric protein obtained from stony-coral DsRed. It is expressed in the cytoplasm.
Immunogen
Full length mCherry recombinant protein
Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC: Assay-dependent dilution, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
The acceptor (mCherry) possess high photostability and shows resistance to photobleaching. It acts as a good FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer) acceptor. mCherry helps in real-time analysis.
Features and Benefits
Evaluate our antibodies with complete peace of mind. If the antibody does not perform in your application, we will issue a full credit or replacement antibody. Learn more.

SLCO1B1 (solute carrier organic anion transporter family member 1B1) is an important transmembrane hepatic uptake transporter. Genetic variants in the SLCO1B1 gene have been associated with altered protein folding, resulting in protein degradation and decreased transporter activity. Next-generation sequencing (NGS)

Describe CYP2C19 sequencing results in the largest series of clopidogrel-treated cases with stent thrombosis (ST), the closest clinical phenotype to clopidogrel resistance. Evaluate the impact of CYP2C19 genetic variation detected by next-generation sequencing (NGS) with comprehensive annotation and functional studies.
DarT-mediated mtDNA damage induces dynamic reorganization and selective segregation of mitochondria.
The Journal of cell biology, 221(10) (2022-09-09)
Mitochondria are dynamic organelles that play essential roles in cell growth and survival. Processes of fission and fusion are critical for the distribution, segregation, and maintenance of mitochondria and their genomes (mtDNA). While recent work has revealed the significance of
