Using sterile forceps

Using sterile forceps, peel back the film and separate the blue paper from the membrane. Remove the membrane with the forceps.

Place the membrane and blue paper on a wet filtration support

Place the membrane and blue paper on a wet filtration support. When wet, the blue paper curls enabling you to easily remove it using forceps.
