Application
Anti-S100A7 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. Biochem/physiol Actions
S100A7 (S100 calcium binding protein A7) controls the epidermal growth factor (EGF)-induced cell migration and the actin remodeling. It has been suggested that S100A7 may stimulate metastasis of ERα(-) breast cancer cells. Overexpression of S100A7 gene causes inflammatory stimuli.
