General description

牛血清白蛋白（BSA） 是一种水溶性血清蛋白，长度为 583 个氨基酸，计算分子量为 66,430 道尔顿。六个α-螺旋形成其三个同源结构域。牛血清白蛋白随pH变化经历可逆的构象异构化。天然BSA 结构在加热时具有反应性和灵活性。

Preparation Note
