NovaSeptum® GO sterile sampling systems are closed manual sampling solutions designed for multi-use or stainless steel processes. These innovative systems safeguard your sample integrity, minimize the risk of cross contamination from collection to analysis, and can be used for sampling throughout the drug manufacturing process.

Flexible Sampling Configurations

Multiple containers of different size options in single and manifold designs that can be preconfigured or configured on site. 

If you are using MAST® Autosampling Solution, the NovaSeptum® sampling technologies are the preferred option for secure sample collection for sterility, bioburden or endotoxin testing.

Configure Your NovaSeptum® GO Sterile Sampling System

Step 1

Select Your Holder

Choose the holder that fits your process: Tri-clamp (TC), In-line or Ingold®. TC holders are available preloaded with various containers.

    Step 2

    Assorted plastic containers of different shapes and volumes, some connected with tubing of different lengths and thicknesses. Orange and blue caps seal ends of tubing.

    Choose Your Container Format

    Choose from a large range of containers, sizes and configurations to meet all your sampling needs. Containers includes bottles, bags, syringes, conical tubes and transfer tubing.

      Add a Crimper

      Disconnect safely and maintain sterility using the Novaseptum® manual crimping tool.

          Holder Information

          While many configurations are available as standard, holders can be customized to particular sampling needs.

          TC Holder

          • 1/2” to 2” size with up to 10 independent access points
          • Compatible with autoclave and steam in place sterilization
          • Available in single- or multi-use formats, preloaded with high purity bags, bottles or accurate volume syringes

          Ingold® Holder

          • Available in any length
          • 2 independent points of access
          • Compatible with autoclave and steam in place sterilization

          • Ideal for collecting numerous samples between equipment
          • In-line 0.5” TC or butt-end holder available
          • Available for 0.5”, 0.75”, 13 mm or 19 mm tubing size

          Choose Your Container

          Standard NovaSeptum® GO Sampling Units are single and manifold units of five containers available in bags, bottles, syringes, conical tubes or transfer units. Most NovaSeptum® GO standard assemblies are stocked and ready-to-ship. If the standard designs do not meet your requirements, connect with a Technical Specialist to design a custom solution tailored for your sampling need.

          The NovaSeal® crimping tool securely seals and separates a pinch-piped tube in one simple motion. The pinch-pipe/tubing combination, along with the crimping tool, enables leak free disconnection of your single-use assembly and provides a safe way to separate your sample from the NovaSeptum® assembly without compromising sterility.
