General description

Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1) also known as cluster of differentiation 31 (CD31) is a glycoprotein mainly expressed by endothelial cells and platelets. It can be also expressed by some inflammatory cells such as macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells, lymphocytes, and neutrophils.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminus of mouse CD31.

Physical form

0.1 ml rabbit monoclonal antibody purified by protein A/G in PBS/1% BSA buffer pH 7.6 with less than 0.1% sodium azide.
