General description

Anti-TGF β1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total TGF β1 protein.
The TGF β1 (transforming growth factor β1) gene is mapped to human chromosome 19q13.2.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human TGF beta1.

Immunogen Range: 336-385

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
