General description

Anti-FLT3 antibody detects endogenous levels of total FLT3 protein.
FLT3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase) is a member of tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. It has an extracellular domain consisting of five immunoglobulin-like domains and an intracellular kinase domain interrupted by a kinase insert. It is located on human chromosome 13q12.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human FLT3.

Immunogen Range: 565-614

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
