  5. Can SAB3500515 (Anti-ZEB2, antibody produced in rabbit) be used with mouse samples in a Western blot application?

This antibody has not actually been tested in mouse samples; the cross-reactivity is implied, based upon 100% homology between the (human) immunogen sequence and corresponding sequence in mouse ZEB2. In case you need it, the sequence of the immunogenic peptide is DDSSEDGKMETKSDHEED. We do not have information on the molecular weight band that would be expected on a Western blot using mouse samples.
