General description

TM4SF1 is a cell-surface antigen highly expressed in lung, breast, colon, and ovarian carcinomas. It could be used as therapeutic target for monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of these cancers.

Immunogen

Synthetic 19 amino acid peptide from 3rd cytoplasmic domain of human GPR65. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey (100%); Gibbon, Marmoset (95%); Rabbit (84%).
