Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC: Assay-dependent dilution, IHC-P: Assay-dependent dilution, WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-Wm: 1:100-1:500. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
ATP-dependent specificity component of the Clp protease. It directs the protease to specific substrates. Can perform chaperone functions in the absence of ClpP.
