Yes, this product works for both cell types.
How is Product E0282, MaxGel™ ECM, supplied?
E0282 is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in DMEM.
What is an appropriate working concentration for Product E0282, MaxGel™ ECM?
MaxGel™ works best undiluted or even diluted 1:2-1:4. For a thin coat plating method, this material can be diluted as high as 1:100.
How do I handle Product E0282, MaxGel™ ECM?
Remove the product from the freezer and thaw on ice just prior to use. It quickly forms a gel when allowed to warm to room temperature, so it is necessary to keep the product on ice until coating.
