General description

Developed to meet the needs of the biotechnology industry, this animal component-free medium is designed for single-cell cloning of recombinant CHO cell lines adapted to serum-free suspension culture.

Application

This animal component-free medium is designed to support clonal survival and growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell lines, with results comparable to the traditional method using 10% fetal bovine serum. Aseptically add 10 mL of 200 mM L-glutamine solution per 500 mL of medium prior to use.
