3′-Deoxythymidine 5′-triphosphate sodium (ddTTP) is a sugar-modified dTTP analogue which is selective inhibitor of HIV-associated reverse transcriptase (HIV-RT). It is also seen to inhibit the activity of DNA polymerase α.
