General description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as undiluted serum. Recognizes all forms of MMP-9 under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
Recognizes all forms of MMP-9 under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Exhibits only slight cross-reactivity with MMP-2. Does not cross-react with MMP-1, MMP-3, or MMP-8.
This Anti-MMP-9 Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of MMP-9.

Undiluted serum.
Reconstitution
Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-70°C).
Other Notes
Exhibits very slight reactivity with MMP-2. Does not cross-react with collagenases, MMP-1, MMP-3, or MMP-8. This antibody has also been reported to work for ELISA. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

The zonary and endotheliochorial dog placenta is the most invasive placenta of carnivores. The importance of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) in placenta invasiveness has been determined in several mammals including species with haemochorial, epitheliochorial and endotheliochorial placentation. Regarding the latter, the
